Beer Roast
Ingredients
- 12 oz. can beer
- 1 can onion soup, undiluted
Instructions
Brown 1 rump roast in oil. Season to taste with garlic salt and lemon pepper. After browning, add beer and soup. Simmer several hours. Serve AuJus. Makes great French Dip.
