Chicken and Friends (author's favorite)
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- teriyaki sauce (yours) or Kikoman bottled sauce
- 4 oz. shaved ham
- 4 oz. sliced Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
Marinate chicken breasts in Teriyaki sauce 24 hours. Grill over hot coals turning frequently until done (about 30 minutes) or broil in oven. Remove and put chicken in baking pan. Top each with ham and then cheese. Broil 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Excellent as a main dish - appetizer (cut into small pieces) or on pumpernickel bread as a sandwich.
