Breakfast Bundt Cake (author's favorite)

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp butter flavoring

Instructions

Grease large bundt cake pan heavily and line with chopped nuts. Mix all ingredients 2 minutes with electric mixer. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 2 tsp cinnamon. Put batter in alternately with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
