Zucchini Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbs parsley
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini 1 to 1 1/2 inch diameter (do not peel)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 7 X 12 pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
