Rolled Tortillas (author's favorite)
Yield: 100
Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 5 jalapeno peppers chopped
- 1 small onion
- juice of half lime
- hot sauce to taste
- 20 flour tortillas
- picante sauce
- 1 lb hamburger browned and drained
Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients. Spread on softened tortillas. Roll up jelly roll style. Chill. Slice and serve with toothpicks for dipping in picante sauce. Yield: 100.
