Ritz Cracker Dessert
Ingredients
- 60 Ritz crackers
- 1/4 lb. margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 2 small packages Instant Coconut Cream Pudding Mix
Instructions
Crush crackers, reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Combine margarine and cracker crumbs. Press in bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Combine milk, ice cream and pudding mix, pour over cracker crumbs. Top with reserved 1/4 cup crumbs, chill until serving time.
