Oven-fried Broccoli Flowerets (author's favorite)

Yield: 4 dozen

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets with 1" stems
  • 1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes

Instructions

In bowl stir together sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Dip broccoli flowerets into sour cream mixture; roll in corn flakes. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until tender crisp. Serve warm. Yield: 4 dozen.
