Delicious Baked Chicken (author's favorite)
Ingredients
- 10 - 12 pieces of chicken (boned breast)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 10 - 12 slices bacon
- cheese (optional for inside)
- 1 jar Armour dried beef
- 1 small carton sour cream
Instructions
Mix together soup and sour cream and set aside. Place 2 pieces of dried beef and cheese in palm of hand. Place chicken on top and wrap with bacon firmly. Place in greased 9 X 9 X 3 pan or pyrex dish. Spread soup mixture over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Do not cover.
