Annie's Steak Sauce (author's favorite)
Ingredients
- 2 cups beer
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Instructions
Combine ingredients and beat slowly. Dip steaks to be broiled in the hot sauce and place on grill. Broil steaks to taste, basting frequently.
