Spinach Salad (author's favorite)
Ingredients
- Spinach, cleaned and torn
- red onion rings
- hard boiled eggs, sliced
- onion bits
- bean sprouts
- sliced mushrooms
- cashews
- bacon, fried and crumbled
Instructions
Sweet & Sour Dressing: 1 cup salad oil, 1/2 onion, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/3 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend at high speed for 3 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
